(“CRGT”), a portfolio company of Veritas Capital.  The acquisition of Guident will enable CRGT to expand its high-end service offerings in the rapidly-growing fields of big data analytics and business intelligence solutions, as well as provide a number of new customers within key government agencies.

CRGT Announces Acquisition of Guident Technologies

(“Guident”).
