M&A Transactions
The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Excivity, Inc., a provider of mission-enabling technologies, including specialized security applications and situational awareness toolsets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Alpine Air Express, Inc., a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, LLC, has acquired assets from Great Lakes Airlines, a provider of airplanes and associated engines, propellers, spare parts, and ground support equipment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
IMI Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd., has agreed to acquire the remaining shares of Ashot Ashkelon Industries Ltd., a provider of technologically advanced systems and components such as transmissions and gearboxes, long and short shafts, high lift aircraft systems, and landing gear components. The transaction was valued at $6.4 million.
