CACI International, Inc. has acquired Ascent Vision Technologies, LLC, a provider of gyro-stabilized imaging systems, fully integrated solutions, and innovative software for ISR, air defense, and counter drone operations for the defense, aerospace, and unmanned systems industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
HEICO Corp.’s Electronics Technologies Group has acquired Intelligent Devices, Inc. and Transformational Security, LLC, providers of hardware and software which detect, identify, and analyze an array of threats posed in cellular communication security, information security, and radio frequency security. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. served as the financial advisor to Intelligent Devices, Inc. and Transformational Security, LLC.
