AE Industrial Partners has acquired UAV Factory USA, LLC, a provider of tactical UAV design and manufacturing, subsystems, stabilized EO / IR camera payloads, and accessories for the unmanned and manned aircraft industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BlackHorse Solutions, Inc. has acquired Emerett, LLC, a provider of disruptive and innovative technology solutions within each phase of the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (“TCPED”) cycle for Intelligence and Defense customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Deloitte & Touche LLP has acquired Root9B, LLC, a provider of advanced cyber-threat-hunting services and solutions, defense forensics and incident response, tech-enabled vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, and defensive security and hunt operator training for Federal and commercial customers. Peraton, Inc., a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, has agreed to acquire Perspecta Inc., a leading provider of enterprise information technology (“IT”) services to government customers in the Federal, state, and local markets. The transaction is valued at $7.1 billion.
