Architect Equity, LLC has agreed to acquire the Composites Manufacturing Business of AAR Corporation, a provider of design, fabrication, and assembly of composite aerospace products for customers in the commercial aerospace and defense industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
One Equity Partners, LLC has agreed to acquire the Manufacturing & Design Services Business of Sparton Corporation, a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., a provider of advanced engineering, design, and manufacturing of highly complex electronic and electromechanical devices, including sophisticated printed circuit card assemblies, subassemblies, full product assemblies, and cable / wire harnesses. Patrol Protect Secure, Inc. has acquired Internal Security Associates, LLC, a provider of security services in Boston MA, primarily focused on public sector customers, including state agency offices, courthouses, and government buildings. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
