M&A Transactions

Battle Investment Group has acquired Oceus Networks, Inc., a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, a provider of communications and data solutions for combat and emergency response situations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Calspan Holdings has acquired Aero Systems Engineering, Inc., a portfolio company of Gen Cap America, Inc., a provider of testing and engineering services to manufacturers of jet engines and industrial gas turbines. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Core Industrial Partners, LLC, has acquired and merged Incodema, Inc. and Newchem, Inc., to form Incodema Holdings, LLC, a provider of micro, intricate parts in the aerospace and defense, electronics, and medical sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

EDGE Group PJSC has agreed to acquire Lockheed Martin’s 40% stake in Advanced Military Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC), a provider of military maintenance, repair, and overhaul services in the Middle East Region. As of December 31, 2019, Lockheed Martin reported the carrying value of its investment to be worth $435.0 million.

Fors Marsh Group has acquired Veterans Research Network, a subsidiary of ScoutComms, LLC, a research provider focused on developing insights for improved decision-making for the Department of Defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Summit Interconnect, a portfolio company of HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Integrated Technology Ltd., a provider of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
