M&A Transactions
Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. has agreed to acquire ASC Signal Division, Inc., a subsidiary of Communications & Power Industries, LLC, a portfolio company of Odyssey, a provider of high-performance, highly engineered antenna systems for satellite communications, radar, electronic warfare, and high-frequency applications. The transaction was valued at $35 million.
Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Yamasa Co., Ltd. have acquired Spaceflight, Inc., a subsidiary of Spaceflight Industries, Inc., a provider of mission management and comprehensive launch services including satellite infrastructure and rideshare launch offerings for commercial and government entities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
