M&A Transactions

AE Industrial Partners, LLC has acquired ThayerMahan, Inc. for $10M, a provider of autonomous marine solutions, including deployment, operations, data gathering and analysis services to government and commercial clients.

AMERGINT Technologies has acquired Tethers Unlimited, Inc., a provider of in-space services, space tether technologies, and broader new space solutions for the small satellite market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

American Institutes for Research has agreed to acquire IMPAQ, LLC, a provider of research and implementation in the areas of health and workforce development, as well as the education, international and human services sectors, with additional expertise in advanced analytics and the use of technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation has agreed to acquire Collaborative Solutions, LLC, a provider of consulting and cloud applications for finance and human resources to government, education, and private customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dexis Consulting Group has acquired New Century US, a provider of customized training solutions in tactics, information gathering, criminal investigation, analysis, and management of sensitive operations to law enforcement and related agencies. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

 Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC has acquired Business Unit of Delta Solutions and Strategies LLC, a provider of advisory & assistance services, operations and maintenance, modeling, simulation, and training support to numerous mission critical Defense and Civilian Government customers. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

  New Wave Design and Verification, LLC (New Wave DV) has acquired privately held FlightWire Technology, Inc. Colorado Springs, a principal provider of 1394b AS5643 (MIL-1394) solutions in the form of embedded, test, and maintenance products / services for the defense and aerospace sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Perspecta, Inc. has acquired DHPC Technologies, Inc., a developer of electronic warfare technologies, as well as engineering / technical services, and program management, serving U.S. Army customers. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

TAG Aerospace to merge with Unique Airmotive Services, the new company, operating under the TAG Aero brand, will provide purchase / sale / lease of APU models, as well as a broad array of other in-house APU capabilities. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
