M&A Transactions

American Security Services, LLC and Lindsay Goldberg, LLC have agreed to acquire the Management Services Business of AECOM, Inc., a provider of program and facility management, environmental management, logistics, information technology (“IT”), systems engineering, training, and consulting services to the government sector. The deal is worth an estimated $2.4 billion.

C & L Aerospace Holdings, LLC has acquired the Beechjet 400 rotable parts assets of Global Parts, Inc., a manufacturer, distributor, and provider of MRO services to the aviation industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

DART Aerospace, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. and First Aviation Services Inc., has acquired Simplex Aerospace, a provider of aerial application systems, specializing in multi-mission on-off tank systems requiring minimum aircraft modifications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Marlin Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Whitlock, a provider of strategy, design, implementation, management and support services for audiovisual and video collaboration systems for the federal government and enterprise customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nautic Partners, LLC has acquired Spartech, LLC, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, a provider of acrylics and other engineered extruded plastics used in a variety of applications and end markets including aerospace and defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

uAvionix Corporation, LLC has acquired AeroVonics, LLC, a provider of CFR Part 23 display systems and avionics. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Whitney, Bradley, & Brown, Inc. has acquired BRTRC Federal Solutions, Inc., a provider of program and acquisition management, scientific and engineering technical support, IT solutions, and training. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Williams Aerospace and Manufacturing, Inc., a subsidiary of Dubin Clark & Co., a portfolio company of Kellstrom Defense Aerospace, Inc., has acquired the assets of Titanium Specialties, Inc., a provider of legacy aerospace formed metal assemblies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
