Bain Capital Credit, LP, Compass Partners, LLC, and Pine Island Capital Partners, LLC have acquired Precinmac Precision Machining, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, a provider of high-precision machined components and assemblies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CerTech, LLC has acquired Wineman Technology, Inc., a provider of test systems and test cell applications with a focus on dynamometer and hydraulic test systems, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation, and custom test machines. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
