Ernst & Young has acquired Cambria Solutions, Inc., a provider of program and project management services, business process modernization, agile transformation, and technology systems implementation to state and local government markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Guidehouse Holding Corp., a portfolio company of Veritas Capital Fund Management, LLC., has agreed to acquire Grant Thornton LLP’s Public Sector Advisory Practice, a provider of acquisition, financial management, human capital, information technology, and performance management consulting solutions to all levels of government. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Precision Aviation Group, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired PTDB Group Ltd. (ASX: PTB.AX), a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services (“MRO”) on Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Honeywell TPE331 engines, leases engines and airframes. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Thoma Bravo, LLC has acquired Nearmap, Ltd. (ASX: NEA.AX), a provider of high resolution aerial imagery, city-scale 3D datasets, and integrated geospatial tools to private sector and international government architecture, construction, energy and engineering markets. The transaction is valued at $733.0 million.
Yulista Holding, LLC., a subsidiary of Calista Corp., has acquired Straitsys, Inc., a provider of big data analytics, information technology services, counter-inside threat, cyber security, and program management solutions to private sector and U.S. federal government law enforcement markets.
