M&A Transactions
FCAH Aerospace, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Air Cargo Equipment, a provider of repair, overhaul, exchange, and sale of on-aircraft cargo systems and parts, including restraints, latches, guides, rails, roller trays, tracks, casters, cowls, and door and panel latches. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
FCAH Aerospace, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Cobalt Aero Services, a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul of nacelle components, thrust (fan) reversers, and other aircraft structural components with in-house engineering and machining capabilities with the ability to perform repairs across a variety of aircraft platforms. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Meadowgate Technologies LLC has merged with Engineering Solutions LLC (“ESi”), a provider of software and system engineering, information technology infrastructure, mission assurance, research and product development, and signals intelligence (“SIGINT”) operations and analysis for the intelligence community. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to ESi.
Renovus Capital Partners has acquired Miracle Systems, LLC, a provider of management and technology solutions to private sector and U.S. federal government civilian, defense, homeland security, and transportation markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ZeroFox, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of NewSpring Capital, a provider of unified threat protection against sophisticated cyber attacks to global commercial and government entities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
