Applied Composites Holdings, LLC (portco of AE Industrial Partners) has acquired North Coast Composites, Inc. and North Coast Tool & Mold Corp. (subsidiaries of Unitech Holdings, Inc, a subsidiary of AGC Aerospace & Defense, a portco of Acorn Growth Companies), and providers of advanced composites for aerospace applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cyberlux Corporation, (OTC: CYBL) has agreed to acquire Catalyst Machineworks, LLC, a provider of drone hardware for private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Digital Management, LLC (DMI), a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners, L.P, has acquired Aurotech, Inc., a portfolio company of OpenGate Capital Management, LLC, and a provider of full lifecycle modernization capabilities including application development, data science and analytics, cybersecurity and digital strategy services.
