ECS, a segment of ASGN, Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), has acquired Enterprise Resource Performance, Inc. (“ERPi”), a provider of IT solutions, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and healthcare domain expertise to government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to ERPi.
Audax Private Equity has acquired a minority stake in Team Cymru, Inc., a provider of cybersecurity tools and threat intelligence feeds for commercial, defense, and intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bain Capital has agreed to acquire Industria de Turbo Propulsores S.A., a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce PLC and a provider of gas turbine engines used in aerospace (both fixed-wing and rotary-wing), naval, energy generation, and other industrial applications. Riordan, Lewis & Haden has acquired a minority stake in Keystone Strategy, LLC, a provider of advisory services to enterprise and government agencies on strategic and regulatory challenges. The minority stake is valued at $100.0 million.
TransDigm Group, Inc. has made an unsolicited offer to Acquire Meggitt plc, a provider of high performance components and systems for aerospace and defense, with capabilities in sensors, engine condition monitoring, avionics, air data systems, fire-proof cabling, ignition, environmental and fluid control, brakes and wheels and anti-skid systems, aerial and ground targetry, countermeasures and ammunition-handling. The offer is valued at $9.73 billion.
