M&A Transactions
Quantic Corporate Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, LP, has acquired BEI Precision Systems & Space Company, Inc., a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Co., a provider of highly accurate, resilient, and reliable position feedback sensors and frequency reference technologies for mission-critical space, land, air, and sea applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to J.F. Lehman & Co.
BlueHalo, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire Intelligent Automation, Inc., a provider of advanced technology development and solutions to the Department of Defense and commercial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
