M&A Transactions

Analytic Services Inc (ANSER) has acquired InTec, LLC, a provider of technical and management expertise to the federal government, including Intelligence, Civil, and Defense Agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to InTec, LLC.

Advanced Technology International, a subsidiary of Analytic Services, Inc., has acquired NSTI, LLC (dba: TechConnect)., a provider of prospecting and matchmaking research serving the private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, and technology development markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ducommun, Inc. (NYSE: DCO) has acquired Magnetic Seal Corp., a provider of high-impact, military-proven magnetic seals for critical systems in aerospace and defense applications. The transaction is valued at $69.5 million.

Godspeed Capital Management LP has made a strategic investment in Varen Technologies, Inc., a provider of cyber security, analytics, agile software development, and IT/maintenance services to the private sector and federal government defense, homeland security, and other cyber defense organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ICF International, Inc., has agreed to acquire the Creative Systems and Consulting, LLC, a provider of IT modernization and digital transformation solutions to U.S. federal agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Jet Support Services, Inc., a subsidiary of JSS Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of GTCR, LLC, has acquired TRAXXALL Technologies, a provider of software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) solutions for aircraft maintenance tracking, parts inventory management, and a cloud-based software to enhance aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) workflows. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

JLL Partners has acquired LCR Embedded Systems, a provider of rugged enclosures, backplanes, and fully integrated systems for the aerospace and defense industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latécoère S.A. (EPA: LAT.PA), a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire Malaga Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics Systems, S.A., a portfolio company of American Industrial Acquisition Corp and provider of electronic systems for U.S. and European missile systems and defense programs, including circuit card and specialized electronic assemblies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lightview Capital has invested in CyberSheath Services International, LLC, a provider of IT security services partners for the private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Novaria Group, a portfolio company of KKR & Co. L.P., has acquired GK Mechanical Systems, LLC, a provider of automatic, positive, locking systems and components for private sector and U.S. federal government markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: RKLB) has agreed to acquire SolAero Technologies Corporation, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group and provider of highly efficient, radiation hard solar cells, Coverglass Interconnected Cells (“CICs”), and solar panels for space power applications. The transaction is valued at $80.0 million.

TriMas Corp. (NASDAQ: TRS) has acquired TFI Aerospace Corp., a provider of high stress male-threaded fasteners for aerospace, automotive, transportation, and industrial equipment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
