M&A Transactions
GardaWorld Security Corp. has acquired WorldAware, Inc., a provider of risk management solutions for multinational organizations in the United States and internationally. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
General Dynamics Corp. has agreed to acquire Medico Industries, a provider of metal component manufacturing and heavy equipment sales and services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Standex International Corp. has acquired Renco Electronics, a provider of customized and standard magnetics components and products including transformers, inductors, chokes and coils for power and RF applications. The transaction was valued at $28 million.
Voyager Space Holdings, Inc. has acquired Pioneer Astronautics, a provider of hands-on research and development, dedicated to inventing new technologies that have the potential to advance the nation’s space program. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
