M&A Transactions

Air One Aviation Ltd has acquired Quadrant Systems Ltd (“QSL”) from Quadrant Group Ltd., a provider of services that address third party training, pilot shortages, aircraft life extensions and technology enhancements. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”), a business of publicly held Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN), has acquired privately held Wickr, Inc., a provider of end-to-end encrypted messaging solutions used by individuals, government agencies, and enterprises. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Blackhawk Modifications, Inc., doing business as Blackhawk Aerospace, has acquired all assets of Columbia Avionics & Aircraft Services, Inc., a provider of Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for avionics packages for Cessna Citations and other business jets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Blue Delta Capital Partners has made an investment in privately held Client Solution Architects, LLC (“CSA”), a provider of digital transformation services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government customers, particularly for Defense Department clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 CSA, a portfolio company of Blue Delta Capital Partners, has acquired Capstone, LLC., a provider of operational and technical services for military and civil operations, enterprise technical requirements, and organization and mission support services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Due West Partners, LLC has made an investment in Sagetech Avionics, Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Columbia River Partners, LLC., a provider of industry-leading avionics solutions for Uncrewed Aerial Systems. The transaction is valued at $12 million.

 H.I.G. Capital, LLC has agreed to acquire Oxford Global Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN), providers of IT and professional services in the technology, digital, creative, engineering and life sciences fields across commercial and government sectors. The transaction is valued at $530 million.

 Infrastructure Acquisition Partners, LLC, a joint venture of Oslo, Norway-based Cleaves Invest AS and Chicago-based Foundry Mountain Infrastructure Partners, LLC, has acquired Fraser Industries, LLC from Capstan Corp., a provider of maritime construction and engineering services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Meta Aerospace Management, LLC, a portfolio company of private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., has acquired Special Applications Group, LLC., a provider of mission-critical tactical helicopter training, operational planning, and support services to domestic and allied military agencies and government organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
