M&A Transactions

Arcline Investment Management, L.P. has acquired International Mezzo Technologies, Inc., a provider of custom high-performance microtube heat exchangers for private sector and U.S. federal government defense and aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CGI Automated Manufacturing, Inc., a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, LLC, has acquired Tenere, Inc., a portfolio company of the Watermill Group and provider of customized components from metal and plastic to original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in the network communications, agriculture, medical, and aerospace industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HEICO Flight Support Group, a subsidiary of HEICO Corp. (NYSE:HEI.A), has acquired a 96% equity stake in Accurate Metal Machining, Inc., a provider of high-reliability components and assemblies used in private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, and semiconductor equipment subsystem applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Novaria Group, a portfolio company of KKR & Co. L.P., has agreed to acquire Stroco Manufacturing, Inc., a provider of shims, brackets, nut plates, terminal boards, cover plates, receptacle strips, and other metal products for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and high precision industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies Corporation (NYSE:RTX), has acquired Northern Space and Security Ltd., a provider of orbital analyst services to the U.K. Space Agency, including capabilities for government and U.K. satellite operators. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Siemens PLM Software Inc., a subsidiary of Siemens AG (XETRA:SIE.DE), has agreed to acquire Zona Technology, Inc, a provider of engineering software analysis services to private sector and U.S. federal government aviation markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC, a portfolio company of ATL partners, has acquired B&M Painting Company, Inc., a provider of surface treatment for highly engineered products in the private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets.
