M&A Transactions
Genstar Capital, LLC has acquired Albracon Corp., a provider of passive components, providing frequency control & timing devices, RF & antenna products, and inductor & connectivity solutions for private sector and U.S. federal government industrials, financial services, healthcare, and software markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, a subsidiary of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (Oslo: KOG.OL), has agreed to acquire a 77% ownership stake in Nanoavionics US LLC, a subsidiary of AST & Defense LLC and provider of new generation satellite buses and propulsion systems for the private sector and U.S. federal government satellite applications market. The transaction is valued at $66.5 million.
SINTX Technologies, Inc. has agreed to acquire Technology Assessment and Transfer, Inc., a provider of advanced ceramics and metals for private sector and U.S. federal government defense, biomedical, and industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
