M&A Transactions
CGI Automated Manufactoring, Inc., a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, LLC, has acquired Elite Manufacturing Technologies, Inc., a provider of precision sheet metal components, cabinets, consoles, and final or near-final enclosures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Electra.aero, Inc., has acquired Airflow.aero, Inc., a provider of short take-off and Landing (“eSTOL”) aircraft for regional cargo and passenger travel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
iNRCORE, LLC, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, L.P., has acquired Vanguard Electronics Co., a provider of custom high-reliability magnetic components, including inductors and transformers, for applications in the space, defense, aerospace, and medical sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Plaskolite, LLC, a portfolio company of Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired MXL Industries, Inc., a provider of optical plastic parts for customers in the motorsports, security, military and industrial safety sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Senior plc (LON: SNR), has agreed to acquire Spencer Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC, a provider of highly engineered, high-pressure hydraulic fluid fittings for use in commercial and military aerospace applications. The transaction is valued at $60 million.
