Freedom Consulting Group LLC has acquired Geodata IT, LLC, a provider of niche solutions to national security and geospatial mission requirements in the areas of advanced technology and innovative solutions development for the Department of Defense (“DoD”) and Intelligence Community (“IC”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MAG Aerospace Corp., a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, LLC, has agreed to acquire AASKI Technologies, Inc., a provider of technology consulting services to government and commercial clients, including communications, logistics, and lifecycle management services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rocket Lab USA, Inc has agreed to acquire Sinclair Interplanetary, a provider of high-quality, flight-proven spacecraft hardware, including reaction wheels and star trackers that support rapid-schedule small satellite programs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
