Altamira Technologies Corp., a portfolio company of ClearSky, has acquired Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc. (“VaST”), a provider of software development services to private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to VaST.
