M&A Transactions

ACR Group, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, L.P., has acquired Blue Sky Network, LLC, a provider of satellite tracking systems and two-way communications for remotely active private sector and U.S. government defense and environmental markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Allied Motion Technologies Inc. (NasdaqGM: AMOT) has agreed to acquire ThinGap, Inc., a provider of low profile, brushless DC motor kits and assemblies that utilize a proprietary wave-wound stator architecture and highly optimized rotors for private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Axiologic Solutions LLC has acquired Data Intelligence Technologies, Inc., a provider of specialized cyber security and big data analytics for private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 CPI International, Inc., a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, L.P., has acquired AdamWorks, LLC, a provider of composites engineering and manufacturing solutions specializing in airborne sensor pods and composite structures for airliner Wi-Fi connectivity in the commercial, private, and the U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Latecoere S.A. (Paris: LAT.PA), a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX: AVP), a portfolio company of Panta Holdings B.V. and provider of metal, composite, and plastic components for the aerospace industry. The transaction is valued at $33 million.

 Sentinel Labs, Inc (NYSE: S), has acquired Attivo Networks, Inc., a provider of identity detection and response (IDR) services and delivers defense for preventing privilege escalation and lateral movement threat activity for private sector and U.S. federal government markets. The transaction is valued at $616.5 million.

 Summit Interconnect, Inc., a portfolio company of Lindsay Goldberg, LLC, has acquired Advanced Assembly LLC, a provider of a full-range of manufacturing services for prototypes and low volume quantities for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Summit Interconnect, Inc., a portfolio company of Lindsay Goldberg, LLC, has acquired Royal Circuit Solutions, Inc., a provider of quick-turn, advanced technology prototype printed circuit boards for private sector and U.S. federal government industrial, medical, automotive, consumer, semiconductor, datacom and space markets.
