Altair Engineering, Inc. has acquired the WRAP software business of WRAP International AB, a provider of software technology for spectrum management and radio network planning for civil and defense organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
KeyLogic Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of IIA Technologies Corp., has acquired OnLocation, Inc., a provider of energy consulting services, including insights into trade-offs of energy and environment policy designs, analyzing the impact of proposed policies, designing scenarios to explore alternative energy, and analyzing quantitative data for informed decision making. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
