GracoRoberts, a portfolio company of CM Equity Partners, LP, has acquired Pacific Coast Companies, a provider of stocking distribution of 400+ composites products from 20 suppliers and 15 product categories including adhesives, bagging materials, pre-pregs, resins, honeycomb core supported by spec-driven in-house converting, custom kitting, and slitting capabilities enabling rapid turn and same day shipping on made-to-order composites materials for a variety of military, industrial, and commercial customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
HEICO (NYSE:HEI) has agreed to acquire Wencor Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, a provider of Parts Manufacturer Approved (“PMA”) design and development, Design Engineering Representative (“DER”) component maintenance repair, program management & services, used serviceable material, rotable exchanges, and an extensive network of distribution solutions supporting the global aviation community of commercial airlines, MRO facilities, OEMs, and U.S. and foreign militaries. The transaction is valued at $2.05 billion.
iNovex, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has merged with Innoplex, LLC, a provider of end-to-end hardware and software systems engineering, information assurance, signals analysis, and wireless technology expertise to national and tactical-level end users in the defense and intelligence sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Three Saints Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Old Harbor Native Corp. (“OHNC”), has acquired Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a provider of professional and technical services to the Defense and Civilian federal sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
