M&A Transactions

Consulting Solutions International, Inc. (CSI), a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, LLC, has acquired Empyrean, a provider of consulting services to the private sector and U.S. federal government nuclear and non-nuclear power industries

 DC Capital Partners, LLC has acquired Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, a provider of system engineering and acquisition support to several critical programs for the U.S. Navy. And provider of advanced engineering, modeling and simulation, infrastructure sustainment, warfighter readiness, and training solutions in support of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and allied nations’ security and diplomatic missions. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

 LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of NewSpring Capital, has acquired Next5, a provider of business intelligence and strategic advisory firm which helps companies develop, acquire and protect technologies of the future. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

Micross Components, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, has acquired PAAL Technology Holdings, a provider of a full range of MIL-STD-1553 data bus components and RF transformers for signal processing applications to the private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

The Carlyle Group has agreed to acquire ManTech International Corp., a provider of information technology and communications systems products and services for defense, space, intelligence, environmental, and simulation markets. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

Sigma Defense Systems LLC, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, LLC, has acquired Sub U Systems, a  manufacturer of deployable tactical edge-of-network route, switch, and computing technology for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets.

StandardAero, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Electron Beam Development Corporation, a provider of high quality fan blade repairs and overhauls for private sector and U.S. federal government aviation markets. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
