M&A Transactions

Anser Advisory, a portfolio company of Sterling Investment Partners, has acquired Markon Solutions, a provider of tailored, comprehensive consulting solutions in support of national security customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to Markon Solutions.

Arcline Investment Management has acquired Onboard Systems, Inc., a portfolio company of Liberty Hall Capital Partners and provider of external cargo equipment for military and civil helicopter applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Calian Group Ltd. (TSX : CGY), has acquired SimFront Simulation Systems Corporation, a provider of simulation software solutions for the defense industry. The transaction is valued at $11.9 million.  

Cellebrite Di, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CLBT) has agreed to acquire Digital Clues AG, a provider of technology platforms that collect large volumes of data from several sources and use artificial intelligence to generate insights on suspected individuals or entities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.,  has acquired NetCentrics Corp., a portfolio company of  The Edgewater Funds and provider of network design, installation and management, software development, process improvement, and innovation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Facebook, Inc. (Nasdaq: FB) has acquired AI.Reverie, Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence services by primarily creating synthetic data to train machine learning models for the private sector and federal government. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GTCR has agreed to acquire Lexipol, LLC, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company and provider of essential policy content, online training programs, grant services, health and wellness resources, and timely news and analysis to public safety agencies and local governments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Maury Microwave, Inc., a portfolio company of Artemis Capital Partners has acquired dBmCorp, Inc., a provider of test equipment and subsystems used in wireless telecommunications, satellite systems, and defense applications for research and development. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: RKLB), has acquired Advanced Solutions, Inc., a provider of mission proven space software, mission simulation and test systems, and Guidance, Navigation, and Control (“GNC”) to the private sectors and the U.S. federal government. The transaction is valued at $45.0 million.
