M&A Transactions

Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALPP), has acquired Identified Technologies, a provider of 2D data, 3D volumetrics, orthomosaics, as-built versus as-planned comparisons, as well as progress and cost forecasting and change detection for industrial clientele. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Atlantic Aviation Group Ltd., has acquired Lufthansa Technik Shannon Ltd., a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG (XTRA: LHA) and provider of aircraft base maintenance and overhauls for the Boeing 737 Classic and NG families. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CDW Corporation (NasdaqGS: CDW) has agreed to acquire Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., and provider of secure, mission-critical technology-based solutions for approximately 3,900 large and mid-sized customers. The transaction is valued at $2.5 billion.

CGI Automated Manufacturing, a portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, LLC, has acquired Advanced Laser Machining, a provider of metals-focused contract manufacturing solutions for a variety of end markets, including supercomputing, aerospace & defense, medical, transportation and industrials. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fastener Distribution Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Stealth Aerospace, Inc., a provider of aerospace electrical and electro-mechanical components to commercial airline and air cargo customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

FIMI Opportunity Funds has acquired an 85% stake of Ashot Ashkelon Industries Ltd., a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, Ltd. (NasdaqGS: ESLT) and provider of jet engine shafts, gears, transmissions, gearboxes, high lift systems components, landing gear components and tungsten products for the aerospace and defense industries. The transaction is valued at $88 million.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has acquired SCALABLE Network Technologies, a provider of communications network simulation and modeling solutions for design, test, and analysis, as well as cyber assessment and training. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Learning Technologies Group, plc. (LSE: LTG) has acquired GP Strategies Corp. (NYSE: GPX), a portfolio company of Sagard Capital Partners and provider of training, e-Learning solutions, management consulting. and engineering services. The transaction is valued at $406 million.

Platinum Equity Holdings has acquired Pelican Products, Inc., a provider of high-performance protective cases, temperature-controlled packaging solutions, advanced portable lighting systems and rugged gear for the Department of Defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
