Valor Healthcare, Inc., a portfolio company of Trive Capital, has acquired CRAssociates, Inc. (“CRA”), a provider of Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (“CBOC”) for Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to CRA.
Arlington Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (“SPA”), a portfolio company of CM Equity Partners, L.P. (“CMEP”) and provider of systems engineering, modeling and simulation, advanced analytics, strategic advisory, industrial policy, and program management to government and defense customers in the United States and Australia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CGI Federal Inc., a subsidiary of CGI Group, Inc. (NYSE: GIB), has acquired Array Information Technology, Inc., a provider of IT solutions and products to the federal and commercial sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
