M&A Transactions
CapZone Impact Investments, LLC has acquired Alabama Shipyard, LLC, a provider of maintenance, repair, overhaul, conversion, and shipbreaking services for commercial and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Codan Limited (ASX: CDA) has acquired SKT2, LLC, a provider of development and manufacturing of rugged, tactical communications technologies for private sector and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $33.6 million.
Godspeed Capital Management LP has made a strategic investment in BNP Associates, a provider of master planning, facility design, baggage handling, cargo system design, bidding assistance, project management, and construction administration services for the aerospace industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Leonardo S.p.A. (BIT: LDO) has made a strategic investment in G.e.m. Elettronica SRL, a provider of navigation systems, situational awareness, radar sensors, optronic and inertial sensors for naval and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $17.8 million.
Mythics, LLC, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has acquired the Technology Resale Division of Three Wire Systems, LLC, a provider of cyber services, DevSecOps, application modernization, and Artificial Intelligence services to private sector and U.S. federal government, defense, emergency response, and homeland security markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor to Three Wire Systems, LLC.
