Arlington Capital Partners has agreed to acquire L3Harris Technologies’ Electron Devices and Narda Microwave-West Divisions,  providers of RF amplification products for the space, electronic warfare, radar, medical and industrial end markets. The transaction is valued at $185.0 million.

Avian, Inc. has acquired redUAS, LLC, a provider of counter-UAS (C-UAS) training and tactics. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Broadtree Partners, LLC has acquired Sayres and Associates Corporation, a provider of acquisition, engineering, security, and training support services to the Department of Defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

C&K Components, LLC, a portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire E.I.S Electronics GmbH, a provider of electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for avionics, defense and aerospace applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Castellum Inc. has acquired Merrison Technologies, LLC, a provider of business intelligence and system integration of large-scale enterprise acquisition, legal, financial, human resource, and travel systems. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Counter Threat Solutions, LLC has acquired Quantitative Analytics, LLC, a provider of program management, data analytics, logistics and air operations, and financial management services to military, government, and commercial customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Haivision Systems, Inc. has acquired Cinemassive Displays, a provider of visual collaboration solutions for mission-critical environments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 IntelliBridge LLC has acquired U.Group, a provider of solutions which are utilized by government agencies, to streamline business processes and to analyze data in real time. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 PCX Aerostructures, LLC, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P., has acquired Integral Aerospace, LLC, a portfolio company of Admiralty Partners, Inc., a provider of flight-critical products for military and commercial aircraft and offers complete, design-through-delivery capability for full-up aircraft, rotorcraft, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) landing gear systems. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ECS Federal, LLC, a segment of ASGN Inc., (NYSE: ASGN) has acquired IndraSoft, Inc., a provider of cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions to the federal government. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hartzell Propeller, Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Tailwind Technologies, Inc., has acquired the assets of Tanis Aircraft Products, a provider of engine preheat systems for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
H.I.G. Private Equity has agreed to acquire Oxford Global Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of ASGN, Inc., (NYSE: ASGN) a provider of on-demand high-end consulting talent for information technology (“IT”), engineering, healthcare, and life sciences clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  
 
LUMIBIRD S.A. has agreed to acquire Orano S.A.’s 37% stake in Cie. Industrielle des Lasers (“CILAS”), a provider of laser and optics technology. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
